At Piano Piano, the lively restaurant/lounge on the second floor of the Cotton Bay Village resort, Warhol-esque prints by Jamaican photographer Peter Dean Rickards show models pouting and gazing moodily into the distance, while the glittering bar is backed by a mosaic of orange, white, and red squares. A few paces away, past a blue wall of waves, in the sedate cream-colored dining room, chef Leo Alexander's perfectly seared scallops, refreshing lobster salad, and sweet potato fondant are a sophisticated departure from the usual island fare.
Tip: The potent champagne-based James Bond cocktail takes your mind off the odd location, which has shades of a mini-mall (entrées, $25–$35).
