San-Qi, inside the Four Seasons Mumbai, draws on fiery, high-octane Asian cooking traditions. The bi-level space is linked by an open staircase and transparent wine bar, and glitters with modernist glass decor. Lively open wok and tandoor stations dominate the lower level, while the upper area has sushi and teppanyaki tables, plus a robata grill. Nearly everything on the wide-ranging menu is spot-on, from the galawati kebab to the grilled fugu slicked with soy sauce.
Tip: Try the "Dine Around," a sampling of all three cuisines with wine pairings (entrées, $8$27).
