Australian chef Will Meyrick has amassed a team of talented Indian, Chinese, and Thai cooks at his latest venture, in buzzy Seminyak. Polished dark-wood tables are strung underneath a traditional pitched roof, and the garden lounge is filled with Javanese daybeds and fragrant frangipani. Meyrick traverses the Asian food spectrum, from a northern Thai country chicken with sweet nam jhim jeaw dressing to a South Indian snapper curry with fenugreek onion masala and flaky roti. Desserts are sublime, especially the gingery egg custard.
Tip: End with deep-fried sesame dumplingstheir sticky consistency is said to aid sleep (entrées, $7$13).
