The best restaurant in Justin Hemmes's sprawling Ivy complex has a prime location overlooking the Pool Club's palm trees and hard bodies. At this airy Italian café, with birdcage-like wicker chandeliers dangling overhead and cheery lemon-yellow accents, chef Massimo Bianchi serves hearty Italian fare that is seductive, if not bikini-friendly. Try the artisanal salumi platter and the creamy homemade pappardelle with rabbit and mushroom and skip disappointing cocktails in favor of a Piedmont wine from the epic list.
Tip: Book a banquette on the far right side of the room so you can spy on both the pool without getting splashed (entrées, $19–$40).
