In the Wynn Encore, Wazuzu is dominated by an impressive 27-foot, three-dimensional dragon made from 90,000 Swarovski crystals. Despite the glitz, the standout here is definitely the food. Chef Jet Tila (a wunderkind who, at the age of 22, was discovered by the Los Angeles Timesteaching cooking classes in his backyard) is a master of all things Asian, from spicy tom yum goong soup to traditional Chinese dim sum and expertly cut sashimi. Look for anything with the homemade XO sauce.
