After the city's celebrated Myth restaurant closed last year, chef Sean O'Brien found new digs just around the corner. At Zinnia, he continues to serve rustic modern Italian dishes such as rigatoni with foie gras and seared gnocchi with wild boar Bolognese. The soulful food makes up for the somewhat sterile decor, and the bar turns out elegant floral cocktails like the Orange Blossom, with Bulleit and egg white.
Tip: Almost everything is available in half portions, encouraging a multi-course odyssey of small but decadent bites (entrées, $14$28).
