Named after the highway that runs through Napa's wine country, this is the flagship spa of Lydia Mondavi, a fifth-generation Atlantan connected to one of the world's most renowned wine names. Claiming the entire third floor of the Mansion on Peachtree, the hideaway extols the age-defying antioxidant properties of grape seed. Treatments, in generous-sized rooms with heated beds and silk duvets, include the 90-minute Time in a Bottle facial, which delivers plump, radiant skin, and Crush It Up, a grape seed body mask that replenishes dehydrated skin. All are followed by a complimentary glass of Mondavi wine, of course.
