Zen-white decor and a cloud-scraping nineteenth-floor location make the Guerlain Spa a welcome escape from the chaos of Midtown. The space houses 16 treatment suites, including a couple's room with a steam bath, plus a hydrotherapy room and two Vichy showers. The pampering begins with a pre-treatment exfoliating footbath. We loved the signature Guerlain Impériale Massage, which was intense yet relaxing and left the body feeling like butter, but were less enthusiastic about the loquaciousness of the therapist—request silence when you book.
