Anyone who has been to the Amalfi coast knows that you need to climb many, many steps to get around the towns. The first night we hand dinner at a restaurant that was down hill from our hotel and after a large meal and a glass or two of wine, we had a tough time climbing back up the hill to our hotel. After that, we always asked the concierge for a restaurant located uphill, and it sure was easier to walk down, not up, after dinner. So my tip is, do your uphill climb before your meal.....it is alot easier that way. report a problem
