There aren't really addresses per se for the restaurants in Siem Reap. They are mostly all in the Old Market area and a $1 ride from wherever you're staying on a tuk tuk (a two-wheeled carriage hitched to a motorbike). The hotels in this guide all have excellent restaurantsparticularly the FCC Angkor and the elegant Grand Hotel d'Angkor.
