Cap Juluca, Maundays Bay

On the morning of our scheduled departure for the much heralded Cap Juluca our airline cancelled our flight. Upon further inquiry we found that we could not get flights rescheduled for three more days. We immediately notified Cap Juluca of our situation and they informed us that we would be charged not just a penalty but the entire amount of our scheduled stay. This is the first $5000+ trip I did NOT take. They are in the travel business, they should understand than sometimes things happen beyond anyones control.
