For a relatively small and British island to boot, Anguilla has an astounding array of gourmet restaurants, now rivaling neighboring St. Barths in quality as well as price. Most visitors spend their days on the beaches, so dinner is the splurge meal. The informal lunch scene revolves around beach bars and bistros with grilled chicken and ribs, and local fish, crayfish, and lobster.
