Chef Patrick Gauducheau presides over this shrine to French haute cuisine, one of the island's first. The pale-orange and light-blue dining room, with equally colorful checkered cloths and wicker chairs, is the place to indulge in guilty Franco pleasures: rich homemade onion soup, garlicky escargots, grilled duck breast with ginger and cilantro-tarragon jus, and perhaps a Pouilly Fuissé from the extensive French wine list.
Open Tuesdays through Sundays 6:30 to 10:30 pm.
