The 18th-century dockyard engineer's office was converted into a shipshape little brick-and-wood-shuttered inn back in the 1960s. At sea level, there's a nautically decorated pub draped with ships' pennants. French doors open to a broad dining terrace beside an inlet of the harbor. Grab a table beneath the guinep tree and order the pumpkin soup, snapper meunière, or the catch of the day. It's the perfect spot to daydream of centuries past—the inn sits next to the ruins of a boathouse—while you watch modern-day yachts sailing by.
Open daily 7:30 am to 10:30 pm.
