Coco's Hotel is the perfect stop on a trip up or down the west coast. Three small gazebolike terraces sit on a bluff overlooking the water. Navy-blue tablecloths echo the sea and sky, white muslin billows around the wooden pillars. The menu has your standard Euro-American fare with Caribbean touches. The standouts are light salads and wraps, which are perfect for leisurely tropical lunches.

Open daily 7 am to 11 pm.
