A former fashion model, Phillips now designs a line of clothing that is part Carnival, part Park Avenue. Everything is cut and stitched on the premises and custom-fitted—if you get here at the beginning of your vacation, you can leave with a custom-made sundress or ball gown. The formalwear can be on the loud side, but the vibrant prints and beadwork of her resort collection are the perfect high-end island souvenir.
