Celebrity chef and entrepreneur Richard Sandoval's first foray into the mountains opened in 2010 and continues to be a popular alternative to the area's steakhouses. The menu features Mexican tapas and classic dishes from south of the border accompanied by 75 varieties of tequilas and mezcals.
