Fabulous meal

This was the best meal we've had in a while. From the chef's amuse bouche, a shooter of melon and hot spice to the dessert, the food was delicious. Hot and crunchy trout was to die for as was the pecan crusted snapper. Our waiter, James, provided the perfect attention throughout the evening and was able to convince the kitchen to assemble a dessert sampler plate for me. In short we loved this place so much we bought the cook book on the way out.
