While staying in Cabo we had the most enjoyable evening while dining at Edith's about a block from Medano Beach. The food was wonderful. The service was exceptional. It's located in an enclosed courtyard setting that is beautiful. They even have a separate enclosed room that is air conditioned and serves as a wine celler for larger parties. Like all families , ours is seldom unanimous, but we all agree our visit to Edith's was magical. When you enter, the lantern lit courtyard is simply spectacular, the margaritas are highly recommended and you can't go wrong with the traditional Mexican fare or the amazing grilled tuna. Start your day with an all terrain bike tour of the dunes and this will surely be one of your favorite memories as well.
