Most Baja visitors head straight for Los Cabos and never see the wild side of the peninsula's kayaking, hiking, and surfing spots. A-list celebs zip down from LA in private jets to celebrate birthdays (John Travolta's 50th) and seek inspiration (Kenny Chesney's "Beer in Mexico"). Sightings are so frequent celebs have to hide from each other for total privacy.
