The dollar goes far in Indonesia. I recommend a restaurant that will give you an experience like no other. Forget Bali beaches and head to Ubud, make a reservation at the fabulous Mosaic. There is one menu per night of exquisite beauty. The restaurant is outdoors in an elegant jungle setting with a wait staff that pampers you. Prepare to spend about five hours for the many courses. A delightful experience. And always, when in Indonesia, don't drink the water and carry bug spray. report a problem
