We recently returned from a 5 day stay at VILLA PANTAI BIRU in Bali and I want to warn anyone who's even considering renting this villa to STAY AWAY. It is decrepit and filthy, and the amenities are inadequate. Much of what's advertised on their website is NOT true. It is in need of major and urgent repairs, the ACs do not cool the rooms properly, things breakdown, they do not have an adequate generator to deal with the inevitable Bali blackouts, rats ate our bread, everything was dirty,especiallly the kitchen and cutlery. The beach is not private and is not cleaned by the villa. It is strewn with debris, fishing hooks and dead fish. Parts of the villa are threatening to fall off. A sewerage ditch runs along the villa and out onto the beach. DO NOT STAY HERE.
