I have been going to Mozaic since it opended and took many guests along. the creativity of Chef Chris Salans is astounding and each bite is a culinary experience. I loved it so much i became a consultant for the company, to make sure i could go often! no trip to Bali is complete without that experience of asian ingredients in western cuisine, presented in a romantic garden setting. you will love this gastronomy adventure without pretention, under the stars...
