This nightly outdoor party hosted by the south-coast fishing village of Oistins (it's held every night, but the best and biggest are on Fridays and Saturdays) includes a great street-food feast. Join the locals snacking on grilled mahimahi, fried flying-fish sandwiches, fish cakes, tuna, and every other kind of seafood you can imagine—all freshly made from the fish shacks lining the waterfront. Afterward, stick around for dancing to retro ballroom numbers or live calypso and reggae.
