Barcelona hotels

There's no shortage of accommodation choices in Barcelona, from luxury hotels to sexy boutiques, plus some smartly designed budget options. The exciting hotel news in Barcelona is at the top of the range, such as the soaring, sail-shaped W Barcelona, perched on the southernmost tip of the city's main beach, and the Mandarin Oriental, with cool interiors by the Oviedo-born designer du jour Patricia Urquiola (opens late 2009). Another increasingly popular option for visitors to Barcelona is an apartment rental.
