Belize is a spectacular region. We especially enjoyed our trip which we were determined to 'get off the beaten path'. We met wonderful people, had incredible local food, and had experiences which were possible only because the locals hooked us up..... like horse-back riding through forests with no trails and ending up at a cave which contained artifacts yet to be analyzed by science; and caving with Ian Anderson and spending 3 days at his tiny 'camp'. You won't go wrong in Belize....it offers something for everyone ! report a problem
