You must make time to explore the many Maya archeological sites and visit a local village to experience Belizean culture.
The Mayans have left many treasures for you to explore in Belize including sites such as Cahal Pech, Altun Ha, Lamanai, Caracol, El Pilar, and many more. You can even go to Tikal in Guatemala, as a day trip. Okay, maybe you need more than a four day weekend!
