Bilbao + Basque Country shopping

Bilbao and San Sebastián have the same clothing and design stores that you'd find in other parts of Spain (Zara, Mango, and Adolfo Dominguez, to name a few). The shopping that's most unique to this region is food-related, though there are some crafts and fashion outposts worth noting. Most shops close in the middle of the day (around 1 or 2 p.m.) for siesta, reopen at 4 or 5 p.m., and stay open until 7 or 8 p.m.
