I love the intimacy of this small elegant hotel. The Eliot's lobby, restaurant and guest rooms are beautifully appointed. The members of the staff are refined, personable and truly helpful. I stay at the Eliot each of the several times per year that I come to Boston. I look forward to staying at the Eliot for many years to come.
