Don't believe the "reputation" . Very disappointing. Unfriendly, arrogant, small rooms, poor service despite the pretty exterior image of the hotel. Bathrooms small and cramped. Furniture musty. Overpriced for what you get. They have been living on their reputation. Personally the poor service and disinterested staff is the biggest disappointment. My pillow cases were stained when I reported this they took 2 phone calls and 2 hrs to replace and they were annoyed with me! Awful experience.
