It's worth standing in line to take the rickety cable car -- a streetcar, actually -- up the hill to lovely Santa Theresa. A pretty ride, unique shops, and spectacular views... though make sure you have your walking shoes on. And Concierge.com's review and recommendation of Restaurante Aprazível was right on the money -- it was the best lunch we had in Rio, in a truly fabulous location. report a problem
