Expat American Rose Jiacinto's bistro is secreted in a quaint brightly painted gingerbread building. It has a lot of fans—for the candlelit dining room and patio, for the frozen cocktails and Friday night live jazz, but mostly for the French-Creole cooking: conch gumbo, steak New Orleans and Anegada rock lobster, with chocolate bourbon cake for dessert.
