A fun swim-up, poolside, Caribbean-side bar/restaurant with an echt West Indian bent, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner (until 9:00 p.m.). Lunch features dolphin burgers (grilled mahi mahi in a bun), rotis, conch fritters, and mango chicken; dinner is a bit more formal, with specialties such as coconut-curry shrimp. There's quite a cocktail scene, especially around sunset on the open patio.
