The perfect place to enjoy a sunny Fall afternoon

Charbay sits at the top of Spring Mountain and overlooks the valley floor below. The Karakasevics are true masters of their craft. Their fruit infused vodkas capture the quality and purity of the fresh fruit they are made from and the Black Walnut Nostolgie is legendary. We had the pleasure of sampling their Syrah and the Pomegranite Apperitiff both will blow you away. Sitting in the golden sunlight, sipping Syrah and meeting Snifter and Sunny the winery dogs was a perfect way to spend the afternoon. Charbay is truly one of the best hidden gems of the Napa Valley.
