Posted on: January 14, 2010 at 12:41PMI totally agree. As an American living in Toronto, I can say that after avoiding it for more than a year, poutine has become my favourite all-Canadian food. I can't believe Concierge has listed it as a thing to miss. Especially these days when fancy poutine recipes are all the rage on many high-end restaurant menus. Sure, it's fattening, but that's no reason to skip it---especially while on vacation!
