The Pinnacle is a single-suite penthouse triplex with 180-degree views of the city's colorful Malay Quarter, Signal Hill, and the sea. Suitably minimalist and sexy, the loftlike layout makes the most of the triple-volume space: a vast living room, a sleek stainless steel kitchen, and a balcony on the first level; a study, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a balcony on the second; and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the mezzanine above that. Amenities include underground parking, a rooftop pool deck, a private gym, and a personal butler who is on hand to organize anything from a simple breakfast to a full-scale dinner prepared by a local chef.
