It was a horrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived I bleached all surfaces in the room but we didn't inspect for bed bugs. It was infested. After a couple of days we were covered with bites. They called in an "expert" that said it's "something" but not a bedbug - ridiculous. I got total denial from the manager and she was very flippant about our predicament. And the worse thing was the hotel would only rebate our deposit plus $50. Don't stay at this chain if this is their version of customer service. The shower was also gross. We left early and went to a decent hotel. report a problem
