Chiang Mai

If you came to Chiang Mai to stay in the city center, wander to the Wats and the night market in style... the D2 is for you. Reasonably priced at $150 per night, the hotel staff was very accommodating and the room was a mod masterpiece. We especially liked the glass walled shower! (Don't worry, it has blinds in case you're traveling with your mother or something.) The only cons: - If you want to stay in the beautiful mountains outside, Chiang Mai, it's a very different experience. Carefully consider which one you want. - The power went out in the entire hotel twice on our stay. I don't blame the hotel, but something to consider if you're picky.
