At Niman Conceptual Home, Chiang Mai
Excellent Service

The hotel is boutique style. The breakfast was grand and satisfying. The pool is small but beautiful. The rooms are clean, well equipped and have nice balconies. The hotel could use some upkeep, but it is the service that shines. There was a 'miscommunication' about the price, but it was resolved quickly and with great consideration to the guest. Everything asked for was graciously given. The location is also great with easy access to lots of eateries, spas and taxis. A nice, characteristic place to stay in Chiang Mai. I would stay again!
