It's located in the heart of Beijing's Central Business District, but the all-glass, rose gold-colored Fairmont pops out from the surrounding office buildings. Inside, the hotel is all understated beiges, creams, and gold, and in the lobby, a 52-foot-long glass sculpture of a fish, the Chinese symbol of wealth and prosperity.
