I just wanted to throw this out there: A couple of years ago my husband & I took a long weekend trip to Colorado Springs, flying ATL to Denver. It was FABULOUS! This town has the perfect mix, the best blended balance of EVERYTHING that makes a vacation destination fun and memorable: - Natural beauty: Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods and MORE! - Outdoor adventure: Pike's Peak by Bike is a MUST-DO, not to be missed! Hiking, walking, rafting and more - Touristy stuff (but with natural beauty!): Royal Gorge Bridge Park. AMAZING! - Shopping: Old City Colorado has something for everyone! I know there's so much more (the Air Force Academy) but I can't come up with all of it. This is a FABULOUS place to see and experience! report a problem
