Modest guest rooms have textured carpet, floral beddings, and more often than not Mediterranean views. Chef Joël Robuchon's modern Japanese Yoshi is "pretty hip," with a garden that's secluded from Monte Carlo's busy streets. Bronze-colored leather, copper, and black slate characterize the spa's interiors.
