In these islands, especially on the beaches, there are many forigners, especially from Africa who will try to sell you their gifts. I had a Senegal lady sell me 2 beautiful braclets after we settled on a fair price. It is pardoned to bargain, afterall a local once told me, "What do you have to loose? you are paying anyway." report a problem
