To really experience the beauty of Mykonos, hop on any of the buses located at the edge of the town. Not only will you meet lots of interesting people but you get taken on some of the most windy narrow roads on the island. The day we took the bus over to the other side to see the beaches we ran into a traffic accident at a circle. The cars were blocking the right way around the circle so the bus driver had one of us get off and block traffic so we could proceed the wrong way around the circle. Meanwhile the two people who were involved in the accident kept yelling a screaming at each other as we went on our merry way! report a problemPosted on: August 25, 2009 at 5:59PM
Ahh Mykonos what a beautiful island. The bus is a great way to get around the island especially to the beaches and coves. Ornos beach is a great and inexpensive place and to stay and you must make a visit to Paradise and Super Paradise beaches as they will give you memories of a lifetime!
