Horrible Hotel

This hotel is horrible. The lobby and common areas were dusty, dirty and just disgusting. The rooms were even worse. Pubic hairs in the shower and on the toilet. Not enough towels for 2 and thin like a motel 6 towel. I have and love dogs. They allowed dogs of all sizes and they constantly yelped and barked in the rooms as their owners were out of the room. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. The staff was rude and would not take care of any problem. Requests for extra towels and pillows went unanswered. I was made a reservation for a one bedroom suite. To them, that is a couch in a regular room for $100 more. The bedding and couch were stained. They jacked up the rates because of the SMU graduation. The staff dressed like homeless people. Leather jackets, Hawaiian shirts, and no service at all. The restaurant and room service could not get a meal right. A simple breakfast took an hour to get wrong in the restaurant. Drink orders were always wrong. They tried to do a Roosevelt Hotel remodel but I don't know what they remodeled. The rooms are outdated, dirty, smelly and loud. Bad and dirty beds. I could go on and on but I think I got my point across. There are plenty of very nice hotels in Dallas and whole lot more for your money. I will never stay at this hotel or their chain again. THEY HAVE NOTHING GOING FOR THEM!
