Dalmatian Coast restaurants

So, you like fish? The waters surrounding the islands are pristinely clean and quite salty, which makes Croatian seafood particularly tasty. No surprise, then, that grilled fish is a staple on menus, usually served with potatoes. Other sure bets include grilled squid stuffed with prosciutto (called pršut) and slow-roasted octopus in a salad of potatoes and onions lathered in olive oil. The bill for a fish dinner for four, family-style, can easily start at $100 and rise quickly.
