Not interested in serving tourists

Came highly recommended but you will not be served even if you are dead on your feet and just want a good local meal. I don't know if it was because we did not make a reservation or if it was because we sat down at the first available table, the head waiter is an ass and not an asset to the establishment. He insisted that we have to go to the bar and wait and by that time, my tired group of friends were not interested in either the food or the atmosphere and just wanted to get back to our hotel in Zamalek. I would advise concierge.com to strongly state in their review the whole procedure for obtaining a table in this jumped up local eaterie.
