Stayed here with my daughter in April 2010. Room was adequate and smelled "musty" but the grounds and the location made up for the smell. Grounds were super well maintained. Dining room and terrace were wonderful and just the situation on the Nile made it spectacular. One morning while having breakfast we watched hot air balloons across the Nile. Lobby some what impersonal but the position on the Nile and the quiet made it perfect.
