We traveled in September of this year and stayed for four nights. A short stay but so very sweet! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and we were delighted that our room was ready when we arrived at 1:00 pm. We had requested one of the rooms that we viewed online...it didn't have a name but my husband described it...and that was the room we received! It was as lovely as pictured, well appointed, offered free internet service--plus a view of the Buckingham Palace mews. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. By the second day, they were greeting us by name as we entered and exited the lobby. When a small issue arose, it was addressed immediately, graciously, and satisfactorily. The location of the hotel is convenient to the tube, to all of the sights in Westminster and Trafalgar Square, and easily accessible. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London and will definitely return . report a problem
