Our stay in London was made even more wonderful by this quaint, well-equipped hotel. The rooms were clean and up-to-date furnishings for an older style hotel. Rooms were delightful and spacious, the bed was sooo comfortable. Bathroom was modern and a great shower that rained from above! There was internet capable TV and well as laptop connection. International adaptors were available with plenty of outlets at easy reach near the desk. Staff were wonderful, smiling and accommodating. Restaurant was great - good food and ambience. There were delightful, conserveratory style tea rooms together with a bar as in the old worlde style of sports memorabilia. Great atmosphere. The concierge were fantastic - nothing was a trouble.Location was fantastic - quiet, but accessible to Covent Garden, Restaurants and transport. The British Museum was at the end of the block. We'd definitely stay there again! report a problem
